Chatham County Group Homes Inc
Chatham County Group Homes, Inc. is a non-profit organization that was established in 1982. CCGH provides residential supports to I/DD adults. The organization started with one group home which served 5 people and grew to serve 36 individuals with 8 group homes and an Adult Day program. In addition to residential placement, CCGH also provides Case Management services which ensures all individuals receive proper general medical care, mental health services, dental and financial assistance. CCGH strives to teach each individual daily living skills as well as become interactive in the community and be as independent as possible. CCGH is contracted with Vaya, Alliance and Trillium. CARF Accredited and licensed by the State to provide services.
